All of these options are included and served in a fixed menu (duet plated).
First course will include:
Mint Honey Spinach Pomegranate Salad.
Ingredients: Spinach, pomegranate, arugula with beets, mandarine oranges, chickpeas, and a fresh mint honey vinaigrette.
The main course will include:
Gruyère stuffed Parmesan chicken
Ingredients: Marinated stuffed chicken breast topped with heirloom tomatoes, basil, and garlic sauce.
Chefs harvest roast,
Ingredients: USDA choice beef stuffed with roasted garlic, infused with fresh rosemary and thyme. Rubbed with whole grain mustard and topped with a bourbon Demi-glaze.
The sides will include French green beans with pancetta and seasonal herb and garlic vegetables.
